 4. Annual returns. –

1.    On or before 1^st day of February in every year, the owner, agent or manager shall submit to the Chief Inspector, the Regional Inspector and to the District Magistrate annual returns in respect of the preceding year in the Form and method as may be specified by the Chief Inspector for the purpose. 

2.    If a mine is abandoned or closed or workings thereof is discontinued over a period exceeding sixty days or if a change occurs in the ownership of a mine, the returns required under sub-regulation (1) shall be submitted within thirty days of such abandonment or closure or change of ownership or within ninety days of discontinuance, as the case may be.

Q. Yadi koi mines abandoned ya band kar di gayi ho to annual return kab bheji jayegi?

Ans-

abandoned or close ke date ke 30 dino ke andar bheji jayegi

 

Q. yadi kisi mines me 60 dino se adhik samay ke liye kaam sthagit rakha gaya hai toh annual return kab bheja jayega?

Ans-

Sthagit hone ke date se 90 din ke andar, jisme uske band hue 60 din bhi saamil hoga.

i.e., 60+30=90

 

Q. kisi mines ka ownership change hone ke condition me annual return kab bheja jayega?

Ans-

30 dino ke andar

 

Q. annual return kab or kinko bheja jayega?

Ans-

Reg. 4 ke anusaar annual return before first February of every year
