Ans-

·     1⁰ (1^st degree) gassy seam me yadi average production 5000 ton per month se adhik ho.

·     2^nd yaa 3^rd degree gassy seam me yadi average production 2500 ton per month se adhik ho tab manager ventilation system ke rakh-rakhawab ke liye ek ventilation officer ko appoint kiya jayega.

DEGREE	AVERAGE PRODUCTION	QUALIFICATION
·     Degree 1	a)  >15000 ton per month	1st / 2nd class manager certificate (UR)
	b) <=15000 ton per month	1st /2nd class certificate (UR) Degree/Diploma
·     Degree 2nd and 3rd	a)  >10000 ton per month	1st / 2nd class manager certificate (UR)
	b) <=10000 ton per month	1st /2nd class certificate (UR) Degree/Diploma

• Degree 1

a) >15000 ton per month : - 1st / 2nd class manager certificate (UR)
